Meet chief winemaker at Robert Mondavi Winery - Geneviève Janssens. She’s studied enology in Bordeaux, has worked in France, made wine at Opus one Winery and she also helped implement the To Kalon Project, the winery’s first major renovation since it was founded in 1966. She considers the To Kalon estate to be “one of the most extraordinary vineyards on earth.”
